Video call: basics for experts
ExpertBox video calls let you provide your clients with high-quality service wherever you are in the world.
What to expect from video calls
- A video call becomes available 15 minutes before an appointment begins.
- Video calls let you have conversations with up to 12 people at a time. Both expert and client hosts can invite members to join a call by sharing a video call link.
- You can always extend the time of your call. A video call room will remain available as long as you or another expert is there or for at least 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment end time.
- Your subscription plan contains a certain number of video conference hours per month. You’ll be billed an additional $1 per hour for any hours over your monthly allotment.
