Set working hours

Edit your regular schedule

Decide how much you’ll work each day. Here’s how to edit your daily schedule:

  1. Go to Availability > Regular availability.
  2. Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to select your working hours for each day.
  3. Add breaks.

  4. Save changes.

Tip: Manage your workload by checking the total number of working hours per week at the top of the page. 

Set a date-specific schedule  

If you need to change working hours on a specific date:

  1. Go to Availability > Date-specific availability
  2. The page that opens will display the current week. Use the dropdown calendar or the arrows on the right to find the date you need, then select it.
  3. Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to add or remove working hours for the selected date.

  4. Save changes.

Keep in mind: Changing your regular or date-specific availability won’t cancel any existing appointments. Learn how to cancel or reschedule an appointment in case your plans change.

Edit team members’ schedules

If you’re a team workspace owner or administrator, you can also manage team members’ schedules. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Availability and choose the type of calendar you want to edit: Regular availability or Date-specific availability.
  2. Type the name of the team member whose schedule you wish to edit in the field above the calendar, or select the team member from the dropdown list.

  3. Use the dropdown calendar or the arrows on the right to find the date you need, then select it.
  4. Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to add or remove working hours.
  5. Save changes.
